- Arrivals are between 5pm and 7:30pm, if you need to arrive after this time please let us know.
- On the day of your departure your room must be vacated by 11:30 am.

- Our rooms and the whole house are non-smoking.
- Animals are not allowed.
- Method of payment : Bank transfer, checks, cash, vacation checks, credit card via our online booking.
- A minimum number of nights is applied on certain dates. Do not hesitate to contact us.
- Reservations can be made online on our website, by email or by phone.
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. The payment of this deposit will be done by check, transfer or credit card via our site.
- On line, a complete deduction of your stay can be made on last minute reservations or on non-refundable offers (refer to the sales conditions of each offer)
- Any cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to the establishment or by telephone. The request will only become effective when the establishment has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
- In the event of cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):
- For any request made 30 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.
- For any request made 14 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- For any request made 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- For any request made 3 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the stay.
- Any stay started is entirely due.
